I’m Jon Tarrant, a web designer, developer and strategist from Canterbury, UK.
I’m a self-driven website developer.
I started my graduate job the same day that I finished my final project of my degree in Multimedia Technology & Design. I’m constantly dreaming up wild digital ideas and being pro-active to make them a reality.
With less than two years officially in industry I have already worked in lead roles working with prestigious clients such as; Visqueen Building, BMW, British Polythene Industries and Vic Reeves.
I also work freelance outside of my work hours.
- CSS3 / LESS / SASS
I have developed my skills in various formats of creative media production over a period of seven years.
I truly love what I do and with web technologies forever evolving I will always have a good excuse to spend late nights experimenting with the latest front-end technique, or configuring my own ticketing system I’ll never use.
Usability and consistency is at the core at everything I produce, along with keeping a simple, elegant design and maybe a few tasteful lightweight animations. Life’s too short for landing pages or unclear navigation.

I was at Gforces Web Management for a short period in-between my University degree. Here I worked on large production websites with highly reputable clients on a day to day basis. My sole role was front-end development with pixel precision from the design.
